This Privacy Policy explains how Playden Studio collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit playdenstudio.com, contact us, request a quotation or purchase a creative or website service.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, business or project name, email address, phone number, project requirements, budget range, deadline and messages or files you send to us.
Our website and service providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device information and request logs for security, reliability and website operation.
3. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and prepare quotations.
- To communicate about, create and deliver requested services.
- To process and confirm orders and payments.
- To provide support, revisions and project updates.
- To protect the website and help prevent fraud or misuse.
- To meet legal, accounting or regulatory requirements where applicable.
4. Payments
Online payments may be processed by PayHere or another payment provider shown at checkout. Payment-card information is handled by the payment provider under its own security and privacy practices. Playden Studio does not intentionally store your full card number or card security code on this website.
5. Service providers and sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share only the information reasonably necessary with service providers used to operate the website, process payments, communicate with you or deliver a requested service. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
6. Project files and portfolio use
Files and information supplied for a client project are used to perform the requested work. We will not intentionally publish confidential client material as portfolio work without permission or another lawful basis agreed with the client.
7. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the project, provide support, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion where retention is not required for an ongoing service, legal obligation or legitimate business record.

We may update this policy when our services, website or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Optional activity counts
Activity tracking is off until you enable it. With your permission, we store the page category, event type and timestamp for page views, package interactions and inquiry clicks in Firebase. We do not include names, form details or design links in these records. Our admin can see recent counts; clicks are not confirmed inquiries. Records remain until manually deleted. You can turn tracking off using the Activity tracking button. Firebase and hosting providers process network information such as IP addresses when handling requests.
Digital Cards free pilot
Account email is used for sign-in and verification. Card details, contact links and the logo you publish are public to anyone with the link. Only add information you have permission to share. Unpublish hides your card; Delete card removes its stored card data and releases its pilot place. Your sign-in account remains until you delete it using the account controls. QR codes are generated on your device. Free pilot places are limited to 20 cards, one per account; availability is subject to service quotas. Business Workspace data
Business Workspace stores your business profile, client job details, private notes and manually recorded payments in Firebase. Jobs are available to their account owner. Creating a client link publishes only the quotation, business contact details, chosen client display name, progress and payment totals to anyone who holds that link. Client responses store the entered name and message; identity is not verified. Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked. Do not put sensitive personal information in shared scope or terms. Export or delete jobs in Workspace settings. Delete workspace data before deleting your sign-in account. Contact info@playdenstudio.com for assistance.
Online design orders
When you place a design order, we store your contact and billing details, brief, selected package, amount, payment reference and work status to fulfil and support the order. Reference images are resized before upload and are accessible to authorised Studio administrators. Order data is processed using Cloudflare services; PayHere handles payment-card details. Cloudflare Turnstile checks help prevent automated abuse. Resized reference images are removed after 90 days (or after 7 days for orders without a successful payment).
